thats sucks, but it is apart of life unfortunatley.
I doubt there is anyone on the board who can say they haven't run into a bad cop at one point or another. Lots of times its not even a bad cop its just a cop having a bad day. You'll run into the good ones and the bad ones.
The provisional license thing sucks but thats why my rear seats are coming out.
