Yup, license plate frame, window tint, no front license plate, cut-out, no cat(s), obnoxiously loud exhaust - are all good reasons to get pulled over and a possible ticket. Yet, people try to break as many of those laws as possible and want to blame it on the cop. Go figure! word. I agree 100% cops should stop hackling for stupid reasons like liscence plates. and focus more on cell phones,seatbelts and other tickets that could save lifes.
