Yet, people try to break as many of those laws as possible and want to blame it on the cop. Go figure! Well, techincally cell phone use is still a secondary offense. They are trying to rewrite the law (or istitute a new one) that makes it a primary. I haven't heard if it's gone through the state assembly and all yet.
