Not so sure... my friend (blue06cobaltss or somethin liek that) was doing 30 thru a parkign lot on campus at night... limit's 15. Well there just happened to be a random toyota camry or corolla or somethign 2 tiers up doing the same speed... Well my friend now has a street racing ticket from it that he's gotta fight. No impound tho.
