I dont see any problem using the stock heads and intake setup. I DO, however, see a problem with using the stock rods and there could possibly be a problem using the stock cast crank. If I were you, I'd get some cheap forged rods with ARP rod bolts. could probably get away with the stock crank if you have the motor blueprinted, but you're gonna want to get some splayed main caps and run studs instead of bolts. maybe even get a main cap girdle, that way you dont have to worry about the stock crank moving around at all.
