I agree with what everone else said so far. And just so you know, you did perform an illegal manuver besides speeding. If you're merging onto a highway, you have to yield to the traffic thats already on the highway. speeding up to get infront of someone is not legal. I've never heard of anyone getting busted for it, but I thought I'd give you the heads up.
I dont think I would have pulled over for the guy even if he did flash me a badge. It could have been some random guy with a fake badge.
