Your gonna need to know how to code HTML if ur gonna do the site yourself, and what Tim explained which is art. Coding a main site will waste a few days of your life. After you get the base site down, then updating it shouldnt take long. Godaddy.com is where you get your domain name from. Then you need to look into hosting. The package chosen should be roughly guessed as to how much traffic you will get in and out of your site, cuz bandwidth is key. If you run outta bandwidth, then your ****ed for the rest of the month. If you need a few pointers here and there, I'll be glad to help. Im sure Tim & Justin will help out as well.

*EDIT* Its been a LOOONG time since I've fiddled with Macromedia Flash, which is an animated website. I would offer to help ya out, but Im gonna be busy for the next few weeks.
