**Keep in mind that even though these are optional they will be downloaded if we decide to play that map, and if they have to be downloaded from me it will kill the bandwith which will give us ****** gameplay. So if you have the space on your harddrive do us all a favor and download the freakin map packs
Also some of the Bonus Packs contain different skins (characters) that wont display correctly if they arent installed (they'll most likely just look like a soldier instead)***
Installation:
If it has the UT2004 icon copy it to the maps folder in UT2004 folder
If its a Zip/RAR archive just extract the files to your UT2004 directory (if it asks you to overwrite files click yes)
ChaosUT2
ok from what ive read there are 3 different ways to use/load ChaosUT
1) you can load it via the mutators (which i would do, you wouldnt have to)
2) you can load it outside of UT2004 by creating a shorcut to UT2004 and adding
-mod="ChaosUT2" to the target in the shortcut properties (This loads all of the features of ChoasUT2)
3) you can load UT2004 normally then click the community button, go to user mods tab, select chaos and hit activate (This also loads all of the features of ChoasUT2)
I guess we'll decide before the game starts what we wanna play
