let me just add... wiring harness, ecm, possibly bcm, and dash harness as well, maybe even a v8 gauge cluster too.
I agree with Ian, sell your car and just BUY an LS1 car.
just so you realize, even doing a basic stock LS1 swap, you are looking at a cost of at least $8k IF you do it ALL yourself, and 10+k if you have a shop do it. You can just buy a nice Z28 or T/A in that range and then youll have money back in your pocket from the sale of the firechicken. IMHO, dont waste the time, money, or effort on swapping a v8 in the car.
