You still get a HS diploma. Since I assume it lacks in the math and other preparation, you may need to go to community college to get the math and business classes, then go on to a 4 yr for the degree.

HOwever, as James, said, you may do all that and find it's not your real passion, and lose all that time. You may also regret missing certain aspects of the traditional HS.
