ok then do this
ctrl+alt+delete to bring up the task manager make sure none of the ssk files are running if they are end them then
goto ur program files directory and find the surfsidekick folder and delete it
then goto c:temp and delete these files
sskupdater3.exe
??.tmp
SSK3_B5 Seedcorn 4.exe
??.bat
btw u have to do this in safe mode
also u have to ,make sure i.e is set to display hidden files and folders
