There are several people here at work that actually go out and sit in their cars at lunch time and run it with the AC on for30-50 minutes!
This is a perfect example of why we will have a serious energy crisis. And every house in my neighborhood has the AC on and running 24 hours a day, except us, we haven't turned the AC on yet this year. Our gas and electric bill for June was $105 and we used the exact same amount of electricity as last June. People in this country are addicted to AC!
