I think there was a recall for the AIR pump or AIR pump wire harness. If your car never had it done you might still be eligible. Give the dealer a call with your VIN and see what they say. The AIR pump just pumps air into the exhaust to help the cats heat up quicker. But the code would stop you from passing inspection with an OBDII car.
