a 750cc bike min, most likely a 900cc based bike, perhaps a zx7 or zx9 ninja(late 90s), or honda cbr900rr(pre 2000) or cbr929rr(00-01), gixxers are another choice, my friend who is also large has a mid 90's ZX11 ninja. You can find litre bikes from the mid 90's in that price range.
