Am I saying it? No, not at all, I dont make laws. But the goverment does, and if you are unsafe, and driving at an excessive rate of speed, that is breaking the law and and certain mph, is a careless or wreckless driving.
OnStar has the ability to pinpoint you and see what you are doing instantaniously, but OnStar is not the police and you will not be given a ticket if you go over the speed limit, but the ability for your vehicle to be tracked is there. Hell, you dont even need OnStar, EVER cell phone has a GPS locater in it now, so its not hard to track someone.
