I'm not doing anything wrong so if they want to waste their time listening to me and my family talk about where we are having thanksgiving this year it's fine with me.
As for the box being temporary, it's considered personal propery just like searching your car they need to get a warrant to do so. Even so they have tried using the information in court and it's been thrown out so far. As soon as the laws change IF they change I'm sure someone out there will find a way to re-program them or alter them in some way.
the criminals are usually one step ahead of the law makers anyway. I'm not the type of person that really fears our gov't like a lot of people do. I think it's always been going on just now people are talking about it more and causing more panic then is really necessary.
