Houses and money can be willed to animals. Funny aint it. They can pay taxes through a lawyer I believe. It comes out of the estate which is left to the animal. A good example is Betty White is going to leave her fortune to her animals.

. Animals should be treated like us but we all know some people could care less about other beings, let alone an animal. i am glad you got ahold of someone, even though there might not be any charges brought up, they will be taken away and given to good homes (hopefully).
