The second one, DDR PC3200 is faster. I've always bought from Crucial and never had any problems. But I would definitely check out the other sites mentioned as well and see how they compare. I own a Dell as well, and you can go to their website and put in the service tag of your computer and it will tell you how much RAM your system was built to handle, so you know how much more you can add in to it.
