That Jersey City thing was a couple of knuckleheads in imports racing for 500 bucks. Instead of paying the loser got a gun and killed the other driver. He was just sentenced to life. Only the imports hang out at DD. They race right there on the highway which is what draws attention to the cops. There is also a crash there pretty much every weekend. Idiots.
