most good NA heads/cam setups work at their best with a blower FWIW...what works for one might not work well with the other. You can make good power with either, you'll make better TQ going FI, but if you want tq or huge dyno numbers do heads/cam or cam only but make sure the setup is nitrous friendly
nitrous=best bang for the buck IMO.
