That is one scary dangerous looking lift setup as well. The body looks great, but it needs a lot of work to make it safe. its a triangle inspection sticker, when it is insured it cant be a primary driver, all lights, speedo and horn have to work (not 100% about the horn), but it is safety and emissions exempt! it also cant be driven over 2500 miles a year.
a buddy of mine had a 69 pickup on 38's, he had a lot of lift, probably around the same height as that one, and also had blocks in the rear. the truck had a 350 and a 4speed, he could do burnouts on the cement and you could watch the rear separating from the blocks from the spring wrapping up. we wheeled the **** out of it and didnt have any problems, but i would still reccomend changing it. he also couldnt find a locker for the eaton. i would save the $ and effort and stick with the 350.
