That piece is very confused. If I had to guess, I would say that it started life as an innocent GT because it still has the stock Bullitt wheels and side scoops. Then swap on Cobra rear bumper (okay), and confused it a bit with the Saleen doors and skirt (and quad exhaust!) And you have a kiddy, riced out Mustang! But that's my explanation for the rear, the front? Yeah, that's ummm... yeah
