This is definitely what is going on. It only does this in 5th and 6th gears. If this is the case how do you check the length of the rods and make the necessary adjustments. What else would cause this besides an accident
The Trans Am is just fine and did not get into any accidents, also I do not make this a habit and I am a responsible driver. However the neon would not let off so I figured he deserved to learn a little humility which maybe he learned and then again maybe he didn't.
