I had the RPO sheet laying around on my desk one day, and I came across a car on ebay that looked exactly like the way I left it when I sold it to tastyle88 (who sold it to someone else i think), it was out in PA, had a SBC 400, rollcage, 4" exhaust, and needed tranny, intake manifold, and body work... the vins matched up to the RPO sheet in front of me !!!!! So my "Cambell SoupCan" Theory has diminished since then
