Bubba - get some solid details about the motor before you agree to buy anything. The 400 has a lot of potential as a fun motor, but if the builder doesn't know what he/she is doing it could be a disaster waiting to happen.

If it has problems, I would get it diagnosed by a professional before purchasing, unless it's ridiculously cheap.
