Does anyone have an easy way to rip videos from say streetfire or youtube or something?

I have a power point I need to do for school and need a couple good SLR McLaren videos...but can't find any that I can download.

I know supposedly there is a plug in for mozilla...but I need something thats dumbed down a tad for me to comprehend how to use it.

Any help is appreciated.
