Jeter had one off year, compared to Arod who has yet to produce anything but embarasment. How come everyone else seemd to do ok with 162+ games a year, but Arod is the one that falls flat?
Yeah, the media is breathing down his neck, but the guy brings it upon himself. Do you hear the **** he says in press interviews? He said that at the end of the day, he still is getting 252 over 10 years. Man with that kind of money...he MUST be on all the time, not when he feels like it.

Man vs Man, Jeter is the better player hands down. Hitting, fielding, on and off the field presence, he is what exactly what a Yankee is. He wasnt bought from another team, he was raised up from the farm league and brought up through the ranks, and will go down as one of the best Yankee's to ever play. He does deserve to be compared to Mickey and Joe D, and even Ruth himself. May the new Yankee Stadium be the House that Jeter Built. ARod is just another flashy hitter. They come and they go. No heart what so ever. Im not a fan of the purchased Yankees, even if they do prove to be worth it. Arod is the worst of the bunch.
