Got it running today! I ended up pulling off the entire Opti again, replaced the cap & rotor with the MSD that I had laying around, and ran new spark plus & wires, and it fired up like a champ. I let it warm up, got the bubbles out of the system and took it for a test drive. At operating temperatures where I had the problem before the car performed amazing! It felt so much stronger then before. I had to leave it at my job while I went to class, but I'm going back to change the oil and bring it home. I'll report later.
