That is way too much carb. Not to mention that it's a 4500 flange rather than a typical 4150 style, so you need a special manifold or adaptor to get it to work on your intake manifold (that's not to say it will even perform optimally that way). Plus, as already mentioned, it has no choke.

If I were you I'd look for a 600-650 cfm vacuum secondary Holley or Edelbrock. Both are good and will work well with your combo.
