if you're lookin for a match check out the matching edelbrock if you wanted to. I'm buildin a 355 for my street/show '69 the short block is done, I'm thinkin about just running the edelbrock top end package lookin for ~425hp, comes w/ polished heads, intake, and carb. At this point I'm thinkin 650cfm thunder AVS. I've heard good things about demon street carbs too. But the cfm originally listed was WAY too much. Good luck.
