Ugh....So today is exactly 1 month that my car has been paid for....I had to pay off the guys loan that I bought it from. I was told in FL that if I had a letter from the loan company stating that the car was sold to me and the title was in transit that I could get a 30 day tag. The loan company told me 8-10 business days for the to FAX me something!
He let me use his plates to get back to NJ from FL while I waited for the title. I was told it takes up to 30 days. I have called 15 times in the past 30 days and I keep getting the same rude people telling me it hasnt been sent yet. No reason on why or when. I ask for a supervisor...they say that they dont have one
Finally I got to a lady today that tells me that a service request form was suppose to be filled out on March 16th by someone in their office to send it...IT WAS NEVER DONE!!!!! She filled it out for me and said she wasnt surprised that it wasnt done....real nice huh? So according to her it should be out this week...I am keeping my fingers crossed...I just wanna drive the damn car!!!
