That is the only part that is debatable with this Modification which is to much or not enough and regarding heat soak ect..
Personally I prefer the SSRA kit on my car the one I have is the original Stainless steel version but now he makes it out of Abs plastic.

If you can't afford the full SSRA kit you could always buy the SLP,Fast Toys or Whisper version's
Austin Performance does make the 2nd piece extension that will work with the other Brand kits just in case you want to try it later in the future.

But it is cheaper to just buy it as a whole kit compared to buying the others then having to add on it later
