What's even more of a shame is that these ingredients don't belong in dog or cat food anyway because their digestive systems cannot process proteins from grains.
I've been feeding my 2 boxers a biologically appropriate raw diet for over a year now, and would never go back to a commercial diet. Their teeth are sparkling white, their coats are shiney and soft, even better yet, their poops are about 1/8 of that of a kibble fed dog. If anyone's interested, the following links are a good starting point to learn about it. If you do consider it, be sure to do your research first before you start, and be comfortable in doing so.
