The replacement sold at autozone is good (and this is one of the ONLY times you will ever hear me say that LOL). It's around $50 and is the exact same model sold in resto catalogs for $100.

It fits pretty well, the only hangups are that it doesn't have the connector you need (just cut the connector off of the old one and solder it onto the new one) and the little "cup" that goes between the antenna and the body takes a bit of adjustment to get it to fit.
