The wheels pictured are factory/OEM late model Trans Am WS6 rims (should be size 17x9) in black as opposed to actual Corvette ZR1/Grand Sport wheels, similar
look of course though and yes they are made by Speedline which is a very reputable wheel manufacturer/OEM supplier.
