Well for those that remember the dispute I had with the guy over the enigne block I sold (which i won hands down BTW) it seems it has taken another turn. Ebay, in all their brilliance, has suspended my seller account because of 1 dispute in 5 years of selling, a dispute, which in fact, I won. WTF right? Not only did they suspend it but they did it with no notice and cancelled all of my auctions (9 at the time) and won't refund me the money for the auctions. So let the saga continue, I'm working my way up the foodchain at Ebay already on how with 3 negative feedbacks in 5 years, one of which was a mistake that I can't get the guy to mutually withdraw, and close to 300 positive feedbacks, how exactly this works. So far all I have gotten is a "We have to protect the buyers" to which I say what about the sellers? I had someone basically trying to get me to pay for stuff he was never entitled to and I am at fault? I love Ebay but this is complete bull.
