I think ricers are the lowest form of human on the planet. Dude to the lack of respect, self control, and all around smaller brain. Not to mention they're behavioral patterns of traveling in packs and starting skirmishes with larger species, also known to travel in packs, but only for recreation. Making loud noise to appear larger than they are, and talking smack like it the only language they know. they should have their own sub-species "Homo Sapient Ritardato"
