im guessing its a gmc yukon. i just recently had that problem but 5 of the lugs came loose and fell off and then the 6th snapped off and we lost a wheel on 287. its because of the alloy rims. they all loosen. u can drive 5 miles and then turn them atleast half a turn again. its rediculous.
