To be serious though you guys should walk together for at least 30 min at night. Exercise is the true key ingredient to losing weight, and if you go with him you know he can't lie about it. OH wait I forgot about his knees before writing this.... damn him. might have to put him down....

Actually his knees are better when we exercises. But he gets home too late most days, by the time he eats something and settles down no one wants to go out and walk. But he can go to the gym on the way home from work instead.
And besides, I know he won't lie. He is my husband after all
