yea you apply for a renew of collector car registration when the sticker is up in 2 yrs. When I went to the dmv, they took my voucher and I got the sticker. There is no need for the voucher after you got the sticker.

I have state farm insurance and I pay about 150/month for my insurance with healthy figures for liability and collision. I'ma also 23 and no accidents. My insurance just went down to a tad over 200 for both my cars combined so not bad in my book.
