One of the weirdest electrical probs I've ever seen...AMC uses a Ford style fender mounted starter solenoid, and it seems mine was shorted out, so the electrical circuit was basically broken because there was no grounding effect happening. Only took 17 beers and a couple hours to figure out. My little brother and a 35 year old AMC tech manual FTW!!! Only thing now is I'm too drunk to wanna do any further work on the car. Oh well, time for a Wendy's triple and a few more beers. Plus I have half a Big Nig w/ some Wodka mixed in...
