What he said, plain and simple, is that in the terms and conditions, kill stories and other such street racing issues are not allowed. And then you still persist in saying that he should think of a way to present them? That's exactly the same as walking into someone's house and telling them what colors to paint the walls and what kind of carpets it should have. It really kind of does come down to enjoying this site for all the things it does have, and go elsewhere for what it doesn't.
