a similar thing happened yesterday at work. someone dropped off their car on saturday (only open until noon) and we told them it would be a couple days until we could even look at it because we're very busy right now. well yesterday they called up at 8:30 am (we open at 8 ) and they wanted to know if their car was done
. I guess people think the automotive repair world is open 24/7....
