He called 2 boss's above my dad's supervisor at Geico (we are a direct repair shop for Geico, which is who the claim is through) to complain to them that because he expected the car to be done tuesday, he lost a day on his rental and was forced to park in visitor parking at the news station lolol can you believe that?? So because he couldn't follow the 4 day repair, it's everyone else's fault

EDIT: Forgot to mention..after he got his car he came back inside and said to my boss that there was a bubble in the paint..so my boss goes outside and looks....there is a plastic cover that hides the tow hitch and in the center there is a stamped arrow pointing up..he thought that was a bubble in the paint
