now, remember, , those are the federal guidelines, which no one really pays attention to because they all think they have the magic number. in NJ it's 95, regardless of the car. and
they have to prove it with an SAE test in order to fail you. it's not this subjective 'ear of the inspector' anymore.
as for not accepting a printout from the internet, that's why i included the statute numbers. what do they want, a copy from a lawbook? tell them to take their *** down to the law library, then. there's an extensive one in echelon, right by the mall.
