Use shag for that extra "textured" look to it. No shine, and soft to the touch.

Just kidding. I don't think a leather covered dash would look right. Door panels certainly, but the dash should probably remain vinyl. Keep teh dash stock looking.

You can do the seats in leather or merrokide or however ya spell it (fake leather).
