face it, motor swaps happen to everything, it isn't a new idea because of the LSx motors. most of the jap motors weigh less, can sit further back, sit lower in the cradle, and can still be built to provide good power.

but we're talking about a motor that had trouble moving the car it came from... how's it going to perform in a car that weighs 1000 lbs more? i dunno, i guess it makes sense to some people, but if i was going to go through the trouble of an engine swap, i'd at least make it an upgrade.
