Been to the DMV lately???? I renewedmy Drivers License back in January. Brought my Birth Cert.,Social Security Card, High School Diploma, and a Bank Statement as proof of ID. The first person to scruitinize my documents was talking on the phone in spanish,glanced at me and told me to go to line 3. The lady at line 3 hardly spoke English, and started giving me the third degree @ my documents. I watched 2 Indian or Indonesian people walk up,present their papers and walk out with a license within 5 min. WTF?!
