Do you find that you sit in the upper RPM range more? The 327 spins faster than a 350, and with that cam the 750 is a good match I'd say. If you tend to keep it in the upper RPM range and you want to race it, look at a manifold, like the Brodix HV1011 (for stock port design heads), that sits between 3500-7200.
