ps - Scott, if Liz can drive her Fiero just fine with manual steering, I think anybody can drive a 3rd gen with it just fine. | 
	
 Apples & oranges - weight, suspension design, tire size, etc.  Thrown some 245s or more in the front of a 3rd gen and try to parallel park.  Not fun.  IIRC the 3rd gen has more of a scrub radius issue which would make it worse.  
Also, can't go by your car.
